We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately; however, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors or details.

3. Shipping Policy

Motion Society currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Motion Society is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only if the product is deemed eligible under our return standards. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for:

  • Products not in original condition

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Motion Society does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this website is intended to substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or using recovery products.
